Meet Our MD Owner and Manager, Merced and Gonzalo
Merced (pictured on the left) joined the Maid to Clean team in 2007 as the owner-operator of the first Maid to Clean franchise – serving Montgomery County, Maryland.
Merced’s industrial psychology and human resources experience – acquired during his tenure with the US Air Force, Lucent Technologies, and Hewlett-Packard – complement the dynamic leadership at Maid to Clean. Merced shares Cinderella’s commitment to uphold the Maid to Clean brand — synonymous with quality, integrity, and exceptional service – that every Maid to Clean client has come to expect.
Gonzalo (pictured on the right) serves as Operations Manager with management and leadership experience in the sports and fitness industry, having managed several Washington, DC area sports and fitness clubs. Gonzalo’s wealth of marketing and males experiences adds to the dynamic and diversified leadership at Maid to Clean.
Meet our Maryland Team Supervisors
Maid to Clean teams consist of three- and four-person crews, led by a team supervisor. Our supervisors are always onsite to ensure our teams follow proper cleaning procedures. Supervisors take the initiative to become acquainted with their assigned clients, and, as members of the team, they add their own elbow grease to make their client’s home or office sparkle.

Gladis
Since joining the Maryland team in 2010, Gladis’ attention to detail and her desire to go beyond what’s required quickly earned her a spot as team supervisor. Almost without exception, clients who have an opportunity to meet her, request that her team be assigned to their home.

Jessica
Since joining the Maryland team in 2008, she left Maid to Clean for a brief period to start a family, but quickly returned as soon as she was able. Jessica is dedicated, hard working and takes her supervisory role very seriously but she also knows how to have fun is is often the first to let her hair down, so to speak, and is the life of any team function.

Adriana
Our most recent promotion to the role of supervisor, Adriana was eager and quick to apply for the position as soon as it became open. Having joined the Maid to Clean team in 2007, Adriana exhibits positive energy and a great attitude that make her a wonderful role model for team members and supervisors alike.

Yamileth, "Yami"
Since joining the Maryland team in 2007, Yami holds our longevity award, coming to us from the hospitality industry. Yami tends to be the soft spoken team member. Clients are attracted to soft spoken demeanor and the way she handles her tasks with great care.

Sonia
Joining the Maid to Clean team in 2010 from a career in the hospitality industry, Sonia quickly stepped up and embraced the role of team supervisor when it was announced a new team was being formed and that she would lead the team. But that’s her character, often vocal and not shy of getting her point across.
Meet the entire Maryland cleaning team!
