Meet the Virginia & Washington DC Team
Virginia & Washington DC Office Staff
In the office every week day from 9 am until 5 pm, we are here to help you in any way we can.
Our friendly and fabulous office manager, Sarah, is a pro when it comes to over-the-phone estimates: give her a call, answer a few questions, and, within a few minutes, she can provide you an estimate for cleaning your home or office.
Do you have special instructions for the team? Where we should leave the trash, a special cleaning request, or a new entry code for your alarm system? Our office assistant, Deisy, is a stickler for detail and will be sure to convey your information – completely and correctly – to your cleaning team.

Sarah (Office Manager)
Sarah is a new addition to the Maid to Clean office staff. She comes to the company with a background in office administration and customer service, and is available to handle any questions or concerns you may have.

Deisy (Assistant Office Manager)
Prior to joining the office staff in January of 2011, Deisy worked as a member of the Maid to Clean cleaning staff. Deisy is uniquely qualified to provide estimates, answer billing questions, and handle inquiries regarding our services.
Good communication is important to us. Should you have any questions or concerns, please contact us in the office – either by phone or email. Our office staff believes that part of a great customer experience is facilitating communication between our clients and the teams who clean their homes. Call or email us with all your special cleaning instructions and messages for the teams. We’ll be sure to add your information directly to each work order.
Virginia and Washington DC Team Supervisors
We support an ongoing education program for our team members – from driver training to ESL classes. Team members receive comprehensive training regarding equipment usage, cleaning procedures, and safety; and team supervisors receive extensive supervisory training in order to provide the best service possible.
With an average of ten years experience in the cleaning industry, our supervisors are trained professionals – skilled in communication, safety, and responding to client requests. Not only do they review their teams work to ensure that your home or office sparkles, but supervisors remain on the job site to monitor and guide the teams regarding safety and cleaning procedures. Of course, as members of the cleaning teams, supervisors add their own elbow grease to make your home or office the cleanest it can be.

Isabel (Lead Supervisor)
Since joining Maid to Clean 1998, Isabel has risen through the ranks to become the lead supervisor and hiring manager. Isabel is responsible for Maid to Clean’s excellent employee retention rate, and trains our right-fit team members.

Kenya (Lead Supervisor)
An award-winning employee, Kenya had the honor of receiving the ARCSI Professional Cleaner of the Year award in 2006. Maid to Clean is proud of Kenya’s astounding industry success and her exceptional service as a team supervisor.

Reyna
Since joining the team in 2000, Reyna has worn many hats at Maid to Clean. Reyna is a terrific team supervisor, she handles the ordering and maintenance of cleaning equipment and supplies, and heads up special Saturday cleaning teams.

Keny
Keny will do everything it takes to please her clients and she is quick to resolve any issue that may arise. She will never take a shortcut, she is terrific with details, and she genuinely cares about her work.

Tatiana
Tatiana worked hard to become a supervisor at her young age and she can clean like she’s been doing it for 20 years. Admired by her cleaning team, Tatiana will bend over backwards to ensure a client’s home looks exactly the way it should.

Clelia
As smart as she is lovely, Clelia works wonderfully with both her clients and her team. Clelia has a good work ethic, a sweet disposition and will work with her team to deliver a detailed clean.

Mayra
Mayra knows what it takes to make a home sparkle. She is always on top of things and has an excellent intuition for solving problems. Her bright and assertive personality allows her to be a natural leader in any setting.

Maria
Maria, who recently celebrated 10 years with Maid to Clean, is as dependable as the day is long (and we work some long days here at Maid to Clean). Maria’s consistent and steady contributions are an integral part of our success.

Ismenia
A woman with an infectious smile and a can-do attitude, Ismenia is a seasoned supervisor who contributes to team success in a myriad of ways, not least of which is her high-energy approach to every task she undertakes.

Rosario
Though she is always lighthearted and cheery, Rosario is all business underneath. She uses her gentle demeanor to her advantage, easily managing and gaining the trust of her team so she can do her best for her clients.
Meet the entire Northern Virginia and Washington DC cleaning team!
Our teams love to hear feedback from their clients; please let us know if there is anything we can improve, or if we have been doing an especially good job.
