Cindi opened Maid to Clean® as a one-person business in 1995.
A former Peace Corps volunteer and hotel manager, this West Texas native has utilized her skills in training, staff development and supervision to build a reputable cleaning company.
Cindi continues to promote an environment of teamwork and mutual respect among a culturally-diverse staff of more than 30 people.
Under her direction, the company philosophy remains that of establishing and maintaining a mutually rewarding relationship with every Maid to Clean® client.

Merced joins the Maid to Clean® family in 2007 as the owner-operator of the first Maid to Clean® franchise, servicing Bethesda, Chevy Chase, Silver Spring, and Takoma Park, Maryland.
Merced’s industrial psychology and human resources experiences, acquired from successful careers in the US Air Force, and with Lucent Technologies and Hewlett-Packard, compliment the dynamic leadership at Maid to Clean®.
He shares Cinderella’s commitment to uphold the Maid to Clean® brand, synonymous with quality, integrity, and exceptional service, that every Maid to Clean® client has come to expect.

When you call our office, Karla is the voice on the other end.
She schedules your cleaning service and makes sure that cleaning teams know about your special cleaning needs.
With a background in human resources, payroll and billing, Karla deftly manages all service inquiries and client accounts.
Karla enjoys using her bilingual English-Spanish language skills as the Maid to Clean® office manager.
“I use my Spanish background to assist the crews in their daily routines.
At the same time, I use my interpersonal skills with clients to ensure that they receive superior customer service.”

Isabel hires and trains the Maid to Clean® team leaders and members, and also oversees cleaning procedure compliancy.
Maid to Clean® boasts the most professional cleaning staff in the DC area because of Isabel’s care in selecting and developing our employees.

Maid to Clean® team leaders make sure that your home or office passes the “white glove” cleaning test.
They are also responsible for ensuring that the cleaning team follows proper cleaning procedures.
And, as members of the team, they add their own “elbow grease” to make your home or office the cleanest it can be.
All team leaders have at least three years of experiences as team members prior to assuming a team leader position.
This talented group is trained in communication, safety and responding to client requests.
All team leaders are licensed drivers and possess legal work documentation.
Among our team leaders is Kenia Montalvan, winner of the 2006 ARCSI Professional Cleaner of the Year Award.
Kenia’s achievement is based on exemplary cleaning service, professionalism, and her efforts to promote a positive work environment.
Kenia has worked for Maid to Clean® since 1997.

The Maid to Clean® team members are truly dedicated to meeting your cleaning needs.
Team members receive extensive training regarding equipment usage, cleaning procedures, and safety.
Our team members report any damages or anything unusual that they observe while cleaning.
Maid to Clean® considers its team members “team leaders-in-training”, with the opportunity to advance in accordance our employment policy.
All team members have legitimate, up-to-date work permits and/or have been sponsored by Maid to Clean® in order to be legally employed.
