Rates are approximate and are based on a rate of $32.00 per person, per hour for recurring cleaning service and $35.00 per person, per hour for all other services (initial cleaning, one-time cleaning, spring cleaning, move-in/move out and construction clean-up). After the initial cleaning, three to four cleanings are needed to establish the recurring service cleaning rate. Our minimum rate is $96 for recurring cleaning services and $210 for all other services (initial cleaning, one-time cleaning, spring cleaning, move-in/move-out, construction clean-up). An initial cleaning is required in order to set up recurring service.

Cleaning teams are comprised of three or four team members.
