* Rates are approximate and are based on a rate of $27.50/hour per team member for recurring cleaning service and $30/hour per team member for all other services (initial cleaning, one-time cleaning, move-in/move out and construction clean-up).
A cleaning team is generally three members.
After the initial cleaning, 2 to 3 cleanings are generally needed to establish the recurring service cleaning rate.
Minimum rate is $82.50 for recurring cleaning services and $180 for all other services (initial cleaning, one-time cleaning, move-in/move-out, construction clean-up).

|
Cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
To pay by credit card, please contact us.
To arrange automatic credit card billing for future cleaning service, enroll in our Credit Card Payment Plan.

Late payment
|
Payment is due at time of service.
$15 charge for payments received more than 7 days after date of service.

Rescheduling
|
For recurring service, $30 fee may apply if rescheduling for a non-service zone day.

|
Late cancellation
|
No charge for cancellations made with 24-hour notice.
$75 charge for cancellations made with less than 24-hour notice.
|
|
Additional Charges
|
For recurring service, an additional fee of $27.50/hour per team member may be charged to your account if we exceed the time generally allotted to cleaning your home.
(For example, your home may need extra cleaning after such events as parties and construction work or as the result of extended intervals between cleanings.)
