We recently received a request from a client who suffers serious allergies. She asked if we could use the cleaning products she provided. Our answer was short and swift – yes.
More than anyone else, we understand what it’s like to work with products that smell bad and leave you with a headache, or worse, at the end of the day. Which is why, as much as possible, we take the trouble to make sure our products are safe, and that our cleaning teams are comfortable using them. In fact, we use products that are safe, odor free, and neutral. You probably don’t need us to use your own products. But if you need us to, we can.
However, we do prefer to use our own equipment. Here’s why: Our teams are trained on our equipment (vacuum cleaners, carpet sweepers, etc). We know how they work, how much they weigh, what their quirks are, and how they move – so that we don’t bump into the furniture or scrape the wall. They’re a part of our muscle memory. By the time we get to your cleaning appointment, we’re in the zone. And it means that we not only do a great job at your house, we do it efficiently, so that we’re on time for the next appointment.
So yes, we’ll use your products, but with our own equipment.
