Here’s to 2020. Thank you for being a part of our Maid to Clean team this past year, and allowing us to clean for you in 2019. We are looking forward to another great year of service, including some important changes coming up, as well as a few requests from you.
To begin with, we want to inform you that we have minimized our 2020 rate increase to 2.5%. This makes our new hourly per person rate to $42.00 vs $41.00. This will be effective April 1, 2020. We do our best to keep all of our costs down, in part by focusing on reducing, reusing, and recycling as much as possible. That is as important to us as we know it is to you.
Secondly, we’d like to introduce our newest member of our staff to you. Daily Hernandez has joined our customer service team as our office manager. She joins Sandy Garcia who has been on board for 4 years, and Kenya Montalvan with a whopping 22 years! Call and say hi; they are here for you whenever you have a question.
We are also in the process of upgrading to a new customer scheduling system. We know that in the long run it’ll improve communication and make our service even better. In our 23 years of service, we have rarely missed a scheduled cleaning. Even during inclement weather, you can count on us! We do not expect any scheduling mishaps. However, if we accidentally miss a cleaning during this time; we would appreciate your patience.
Please note, we are PCI compliant with our credit card processing procedures. This means that we do not store your credit card information. Once we switch over to our new system, we will once again need your credit card information. Kindly call our office at your earliest convenience and provide us with your credit card information. Keep in mind that we may be unable to accept American Express and Discover; we’d be happy to discuss this further if you phone in.
We honor your privacy; we do not use your email or contact information for marketing purposes. We assure you we only send emails when we have scheduling issues or other important information to relay. We ask that you please add email@example.com to your address book.
