Here’s to 2020. Thank you for being part of our Maid to Clean team and allowing us to clean for you in 2019. We are looking forward to another great year of service and are sharing some upcoming improvements, as well as a few requests, to facilitate a better year of service.
We do our best to keep all costs down, in part, by focusing on reducing, reusing, and recycling as much as possible. These efforts are as important to us as we know they are to you. To continue with our cost-saving measures, we have minimized our 2020 rate increase to 2.5%. New hourly per-person rates will increase from $41.00 to $42.00, effective April 1, 2020.
Additionally, we’d like to introduce our newest member of our staff. Daily Hernandez has joined our customer service team as our Office Manager. She joins Sandy Garcia, who has been on board for 4 years, and Kenya Montalvan, who has been with us for a whopping 22 years! Call and say Hi: they are here for you whenever you have a question.
We are also in the process of upgrading to a new customer scheduling system. We know that in the long run it’ll improve communication and make our service even better. In our 23 years of service, we have rarely missed a scheduled cleaning. Even during inclement weather, you can count on us! We do not expect any scheduling mishaps. However, if we accidentally miss a cleaning during this time, we greatly appreciate your patience.
Please note: we are PCI compliant with our credit card processing procedures. We do not store credit card information. Therefore, once we switch over to our new system, we will need your credit card information. Kindly call our office at your earliest convenience to provide us with credit card information. Most importantly, constraints with the new system may mean our system may not accept payments using American Express and Discover credit cards; we will handle any issues on a case-by-case basis and are happy to discuss this further if we experience any payment issues.
